Five miles ... that's what happens when you leave the house at 6:45 am instead of 5:45 am. I ran into Adam RW on 11th Ave, it was good to catch up with him a bit. We talked for a second about whether the "blog is dying" and the discussion thread on that subject. I have to agree with Adam's comment that St. George 2008 was a very tough race and may have zapped some motivation from some folks, me included. I never thought that would happen. Anyway, I'm still blogging semi-regularly but am a terrible blog friend to all of my buddies that I have enjoyed getting to know and run with over the last couple of years. |
